Our Co-Founders
Shaun Rolls
Co-Founder
Shaun is a global data and AI strategist with extensive experience across Europe and Australia. He is a senior advisor and certified trainer with the EDM Council, specialising in data management, knowledge graphs, AI strategy, and cloud data solutions. He has worked with leading organisations in financial services, technology, retail, sport, and government, delivering executive leadership sessions and data maturity assessments. His work has supported senior executives and boards in building modern data and AI capabilities to unlock scalable business value. Shaun is also the founder of the High Performance AI Data Lab, where he explores how data and AI can drive innovation in elite sport, helping high-performance teams and coaches pioneer new approaches to data-driven success.

Tim Matthis
Co-Founder
Tim is an entrepreneurial management consultant and executive with deep experience founding, scaling, and integrating professional services and technology businesses. His expertise spans strategy, AI transformation, customer experience, and digital innovation. He led a consulting and analytics business from founding through acquisition, later becoming Managing Partner at a leading consultancy where he oversaw consulting, research, and advisory teams as well as the portfolio of acquired businesses. He also co-founded and led an AI Lab focused on generative AI consulting, intellectual property, and advisory. Tim holds a BSc in Zoology and Environmental Science and an Executive MBA with specialisations in blockchain and entrepreneurial finance. He sits on two NGO boards and is a mentor in the Canberra Business Innovation Network.
