We spent years inside consulting engagements — strategy decks, roadmaps, recommendations handed to someone else to implement, or not. Both of us had led that kind of work at a senior level, and both of us had watched good analysis die in someone else's backlog.
So we stopped advising and started building. Instead of telling a business how to use AI, we build the business. TruthStack came first, out of a specific, unglamorous problem: companies whose own documented knowledge had quietly gone out of date, with nothing checking. Our venture arm exists because we're not the only ones who'd rather build than advise, and some of those founders just need capital and a fast yes.
